Uniwell AX3000 & Woods of the Pantiles

Woods Restaurant/Bar in the famous regency arcade of the Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells is set to benefit from Uniwell's all new, state of the art, AX3000 EPOS terminal.

Woods, an iconic destination on the Pantiles, celebrated five years in business by doubling the size of their enterprise which now compromises of bar, bistro/restaurant and a new retail shop with fresh produce and locally sourced merchandise.

Much of the dining, weather permitting, is alfresco so the Uniwell AX3000 touch screen EPOS terminals are complimented with the Orderman Don Wireless handheld ordering system. This greatly improves the speed of service and wear and tear on the waiting staff, as they no longer have to walk to the kitchen to put their orders in. It also means they are on station all the time, so customer service is also improved.

The AX3000 in the retail shop is fitted with a bar code scanner and the whole system is linked to Uniwell's EPOS Office Stock Management software package.

Specification - 5x AX3000 EPOS terminals fitted with dallas key operator identifiers; each with fast thermal printers and linked to bar and kitchen dispense printers. 3x Orderman wireless handheld units plus bar code reader for the shop. Back office running Uniwell's EPOS Office. Stock Management software and PC fitted with keyboard wedge scanner for easy entry of new bar coded products.
