Traders Arms select Uniwell PurePOS System

The Traders Arms is a traditional Lancashire pub where they like to keep things simple - fantastic pub food favourites, fresh fish specials, great beer and wine, live event nights and the all round friendly service to match. This homely old 18th Century inn is situated in the oldest part of the village and is run by landlord and head chef David Wardleworth.

Optimised operations with the PurePOS point of sale system

Uniwell's PurePOS system was selected to help speed up operations and bring new controls into the business. Upgrading from a traditional cash register, the PurePOS system has enabled staff at the Traders Arms to focus on customers, taking orders, up-selling and efficiently deal with requests such as reserving tables or splitting bills, while real-time stock levels and reports help management keep a close eye on the business and reduce shrinkage.

The PurePOS software is installed on Uniwell's latest iX-15 PC-POS touch screen terminals, their robust fanless design is ideal for pub environments, the iX-15 also has an IP43 rated screen to prevent water ingress and the fan-less design prevents dust accumulation at vents. The epos system connects to two receipt printers, a kitchen order printer and back office computer for daily management of menus and pricing.
